Facilities
At Alluto, our facilities are meticulously outfitted with a diverse range of cutting-edge machinery. This advanced equipment empowers our production team not only to guarantee exceptional quality but also to continually refine and elevate every aspect of our extrusion processes.
Remelting
The melting process and speed significantly impact aluminum ingot quality. Ensure proper flux coverage as the charge softens.
Prevent overheating during melting. Stir the molten charge to maintain consistent temperature and accelerate melting once it's level.
Spectrometer
Alloy makers don’t focus on the overall purity of Aluminum, but on ensuring that all ranges are met for alloying elements and that all trace and tramp elements are maintained under the specified “max” level, which is typically less stringent than for Pure Al / Low alloys.
Tempering
After the extrusion process, we elevate the aluminum's mechanical properties and optimize its performance through a controlled tempering process.
This transformation results in a significantly stronger and more durable product, ideally suited for use in structurally integral components.
Extrusion
Alluto is equipped with three extrusion presses ranges from 550, 1100, 1100 M. ton capacity.
Alluto can produce from simple to complicated aluminum extruded section such as for building, construction, residential, transportation and electronics parts.
Die Moulding
The dies are customized to fit the customer's individual needs, and confidentiality of design is tightly maintained.
Finishing
Other than mill finish profiles, we can provide our customers with many different colors on our products in two facilities such as anodizing and powder coating machine wood finish from Italy.
